A. M. Beebee

Abstract

An installation of the Sulzer process of dry-quenching coke at the plant of the Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation is described in this paper. The plant is compared with other plants employing other systems as to efficiency, ease of operation, quality of product, labor requirements, etc., and great flexibility and ease of control are disclosed.
