Abstract

Chinese cruise tourism is still in its initial stage, and the research on its evaluation system and satisfaction is not deep enough. In this paper, based on the decentralized, self-organizing net architecture, the network elements are defined, the formal representation of the network node index is studied, and the interests of the network nodes are abstracted as interest summary fingerprints to establish the decentralized network model. Then, the model was used to analyze the tourist satisfaction, trip evaluation, and high-frequency review terms of the head brands of Chinese cruise tourism. On average, 65.51% of cruise tourists rated themselves as satisfied and above, and 19.41% were dissatisfied. The average ratings (on a 5-point scale) of cruise ships on accommodation, dining, service, and entertainment are 4.49, 4.19, 3.91, and 3.93, respectively. The top 3 high-frequency words in tourists’ reviews are “restaurant”, “shopping,” and “tour escort”, and the weight of the first-level indicators of the evaluation system is (0.137, 0.296, 0.256, 0.311). This study has enriched the research method and content of cruise tourism satisfaction, and the constructed cruise tourism satisfaction evaluation system can better reflect the needs of tourists and be more timely.
