Features of legal relations between an employee and an employer in connection with the creation of official works

The article analyzes the norms of the current legislation, which are associated with the creation of an official work and its use by the employer. The purpose of writing a scientific article is to find solutions to problems concerning the criteria for determining the ownership of copyrights to a work and calculating the amount of remuneration to an employee. The main method used in the study is the analysis of judicial practice and the formal legal method. Proposals are made for the legislative consolidation of the mechanism for determining remuneration, clear criteria for official works, improvement of the rules of registration between the employer and the employee of relations on the creation and use of official works.
