We report the case of a woman in her late 20s who presented with recurrent vomiting, abdominal discomfort, and weight loss. Imaging revealed a colocolic intussusception secondary to a circumferential colonic mass, prompting surgical resection. Histopathology confirmed poorly differentiated mucinous adenocarcinoma with clear margins and absence of nodal metastasis. The rarity of mucinous adenocarcinoma presenting as colocolic intussusception in a young adult highlights the diagnostic challenge, necessitating early evaluation and prompt surgical resection. This case emphasizes that malignancy should be considered in adult intussusception regardless of patient age and reinforces the role of surgery as the mainstay of treatment for optimal oncologic and clinical outcomes.
