What Method and Library Size Is Best for Fragment Screening?

Fragment screening is widely used to provide useful starting points for drug discovery. There are many methods that are used today for conducting fragment‐based screens. and fragment libraries vary widely in size. In this perspective, I discuss the method that I use for fragment screening and the size of my fragment library, the reasons for these choices, and provide an example that illustrates the advantages.
