Value conflict of health in the profession: an axiological and acmeological analysis (using female university faculty as a case study)
Antonina MironovaThe purpose of the study is to assess the motor activity of female university faculty members working in extreme climatic and geographical conditions. Research methods and organization. was conducted in two stages among female university faculty members of pre-retirement age from universities in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (Yakutsk). At the first stage, the questionnaire by N.K. Baytlesova was used; at the second stage, an author-developed questionnaire was used to identify axiological and acmeological attitudes. Data processing was performed using descriptive statistics methods. Research results and conclusions. A persistent value conflict has been confirmed: health is declared as important, but this value is not realized in actual behavior. Overcoming this gap requires the formation of an axiological-acmeological attitude in which health care becomes a component of professional culture and a condition for achieving pedagogical acme. It is noted that solving this identified problem requires not only individual efforts on the part of the educators themselves, but also systemic state support, in particular, the development and implementation of targeted programs aimed at forming a culture of health among education workers, especially in strategically important regions such as the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The creation of accessible infrastructure, the promotion of the values of physical culture as part of a lifestyle, as well as the inclusion of health-preserving components in professional development programs could serve as effective measures at the level of state policy.
