The purpose of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of teacher training in the context of modern educational reforms. The research methodology involved analyzing and evaluating the factors influencing teacher training quality, as well as developing recommendations for improving the educational process. The methods used in the study included curriculum analysis and statistical processing of the results. The research methodology was based on a comprehensive analysis of the future teacher training program, which included an assessment of the course structure, the total time allocated for theoretical and practical training, and the teaching methods. The study revealed the importance of the practical orientation of the course and pedagogical practices for the professional development of students. The study revealed a gap between theoretical training and the real needs of educational institutions. The study confirmed that the introduction of innovative pedagogical methods, such as project-based learning, role-playing, and case studies, significantly improved students’ preparation for teaching. Furthermore, it was determined that enhancing the quality of teacher training necessitates an increase in the duration of practical training and the incorporation of theoretical knowledge into a real-world pedagogical framework. Other aspects considered included increasing the number of hours of pedagogical practice, integrating modern teaching methods, improving cooperation between higher education institutions and schools, and improving the learning process through innovative approaches.
