TRANSFORMATION OF EMPLOYMENT PATTERNS IN THE MODERN ECONOMY

ShumeykoStructural changes in the economy under the influence of digital transformation processes inevitably affect the labor market and lead to changes in its economic institutions, primarily the institution of employment. The digital economy forms new conditions and requirements for the level of qualifications of workers, the composition and combination of skills and competencies, which is manifested in new forms and models of employment of the population. These factors determine the relevance of studies of modern employment models in the processes of adapting the labor market to new parameters of the development of the socio-economic system. The article examines the prerequisites and results of the transformation of employment models in the context of the digitalization of the labor market. The purpose of the study is to identify the reasons for the emergence of new employment models and the directions of their influence on the state of the labor market, which determines the need to solve a number of problems: to highlight the conceptual provisions of digital employment models, classify the factors of transformation of the forms of employment of the population and formulate the directions of their development in a strategic perspective. The methodological basis of the study is general scientific and general economic methods. The results of the study develop theoretical provisions in the field of employment and make it possible to adjust organizational and methodological approaches to the development and implementation of new employment models in the digital economy.
