TRANSFORMATION OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR SUBVERSIVE CRIMES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION

The article examines the current trends in the transformation of criminal liability for sabotage-related crimes under the influence of digital technologies on the mechanism of preparation, financing, coordination, and concealment of sabotage crimes. The article substantiates proposals for improving criminal law regulation aimed at increasing legal certainty, differentiating forms of assistance to sabotage activities, and adapting criminal law to digital methods of committing crimes.
