Training of pedagogical personnel in Russia for the support of families with children of the first years of life

The article emphasizes the importance of training pedagogical personnel to work with families with infants and young children. The authors of the article review the regulatory and legislative framework for providing early care services to children and their families in Russia. In addition, the article examines the role of training personnel to work with children in their early years, as well as the types of organizations in various sectors (healthcare, social protection, and education) that provide early comprehensive care to young children. The article presents the main areas of training personnel to work with families of children in their early years in the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the problems of practical implementation of interdepartmental interaction and staffing. The authors reveal the concept of "early care specialist". The main key areas of training specialists in the field of early care are identified.
