Titanium dioxide nanotubes modified with nickel oxide and nickel nanoparticles for improved polysulfide anchoring and redox kinetics in lithium–sulfur batteries

TiO 2 nanotubes modified with NiO and Ni nanoparticles were synthesized to trap migrating polysulfides and accelerating redox kinetics. This architecture suppresses the shuttle effect, enabling high-performance, stable Li–S batteries.
