Thermally stable and tunable hydride-ion incorporation in Sc-doped BaZrO 3
Itsuki Yaegashi, Itaru Oikawa, Akihiro Ishii, Hikaru Takeuchi, Yuki Sasahara, Daichi Kato, Hiroshi Kageyama, Hitoshi TakamuraH − was precisely introduced into Sc-doped BaZrO 3 , and H − compensated by the acceptor remained stable at temperatures above 800 °C. NMR showed a linear relationship between H − content and Sc-doping levels, and a preference for cis coordination.
