Theoretical substantiation of a methodology for evaluating strength-building physical exercises based on the measurement of the full movement cycle length of the resistance
Daniil Chernov, Natalya Lukiyanets, Mikhail Zhavoronkov, Vyacheslav BaryshnikovThe purpose of the study is to substantiate a methodology for evaluating strength-building physical exercises based on the measurement of the resistance displacement distance using a software complex. Research methods: analysis and generalization of regulatory documents and scientific and methodological literature, observation (protocoling), pedagogical experiment, mathematical statistics methods. Research results and conclusions. A methodology for evaluating strength-building physical exercises based on the measurement of the full movement cycle length of the resistance using the software complex “Digital Arbiter” was developed. Normative requirements for the evaluation of physical exercises were substantiated. The developed methodology will make it possible to eliminate the problem of insufficient objectivity in assessing test subjects when performing strength-building physical exercises by taking into account the height and weight parameters of military personnel, as well as to solve such tasks as digitalization of physical training and lean management through the use of the software complex.
