The Next Intelligence

The future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is defined not by faster algorithms but by deeper integration with human work. This chapter explores the next frontier of AI evolution from agentic systems that act with purpose to collective and neuro-symbolic intelligence that blends reasoning, learning and collaboration. It examines how embodied AI and human–machine interfaces will extend intelligence into physical and cognitive spaces, reshaping how organisations operate and people perform.
