THE NATIONAL PARADIGM OF FORMING THE PROFESSIONAL WORLDVIEW OF POLICE OFFICERS: ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE PEOPLE'S POLICE UNIVERSITY OF CHINA

The study examines the formation of professional worldview in police cadets, using the People's Police University of China as a case study. It identifies the integration of ideological commitment, historical experience, and modern digital technologies as key strengths in China's police training system. The research aims to: (1) justify the modernization of professional educational environments in response to 21st-century information society demands and the evolving role of the "smart police" officer, and (2) highlight specific aspects of the Chinese approach that could be valuable for educational institutions within Russia's Ministry of Internal Affairs. Employing a systems approach, the study's novelty lies in its comparative analysis. The findings are intended to theoretically inform the optimization of Russia's academic environment for police personnel, particularly in strengthening professionally significant ideological foundations amid new geopolitical threats and hybrid warfare challenges. The authors conclude that China's experience offers positive, transferable elements for enhancing Russia's political-educational work with police staff.
