The Mitigation Effect of Industry-University Integration and Collaborative Education on College Students' Employment Anxiety: The Moderating Role of Psychological Stress Resilience

Abstract

Objective

College students face severe employment pressure, leading to intense employment anxiety, increased psychological stress and unstable mental states, which impair their mental health. This study explores the mitigation effect of industry-university integration and collaborative education on college students' employment anxiety. It analyzes the moderating role of psychological stress resilience, aiming to relieve students' psychological pressure, improve mental health and stabilize their mental state.

Subjects and Methods

Taking 80 college students from different majors as subjects, this study adopts questionnaire surveys and data analysis methods. It investigates the implementation of industry-university integration education, measures students' employment anxiety, psychological stress, mental health level and psychological stress resilience, and analyzes the correlation between the four.

Results

Industry-university integration and collaborative education significantly relieves college students' employment anxiety, reduces their psychological pressure and stabilizes their mental state, thus improving their mental health. Psychological stress resilience plays a positive moderating role, which can enhance the mitigation effect of collaborative education on employment anxiety and psychological pressure.

Conclusions

Industry-university integration and collaborative education is an effective way to relieve college students' employment anxiety and psychological pressure, and it is crucial to protecting students' mental health and stabilizing their mental state. Psychological stress resilience strengthens the positive effect of collaborative education, providing a theoretical basis for improving college students' mental health and alleviating employment-related psychological problems.
