In this paper, we establish lower bounds for the Cheeger isoperimetric constant and the first Dirichlet eigenvalue of bounded domains in a complete minimal hypersurface immersed in the unit sphere. These bounds are expressed in terms of the squared norm of the second fundamental form of .
