The interconnection between science and education,

This article is devoted to an analysis of the relationship between research activities and education, as well as the development of scientific research in modern conditions, with a focus on the modification of editorial and publishing activities. Special attention is paid to the electronic library system as a factor in the active dissemination of research results.
