Alan M. RugmanIn this article, the issue is presented from a different, maybe opposing point of view. By asking the question whether there is a need for a separate International Business department or that “everything in business is international” and therefore there is no need for a separate field and a separated department. Moreover, the contributors to the book edited by the author at Indiana University focus on organizational issues like building a department, developing faculty or organizing the whole Business School into Global Programs. In the practice of International Business in Business Schools we need both.
