The Impact of Workplace Incivility on Nurses’ Job Crafting: The Mediating Role of Work Alienation

This study aims to examine the mediating role of work alienation in the relationship between workplace incivility and job crafting among nurses. The research used a cross-sectional design and a quantitative research method. The study population consisted of nurses working in Diyarbakır province, and data were collected from 371 nurses using a questionnaire. The data collection instruments included questions on nurses' demographic characteristics, as well as the Workplace Incivility Scale, the Work Alienation Scale, and the Job Crafting Scale. SPSS and Hayes PROCESS Macro Model 4 were used for data analysis; reliability, correlation, and mediation analyses were performed.
