This is done within understanding social housing, its requirements and priorities, leading to the factors that must be present in housing to improve the quality of life for its residents. This is accomplished by assessing the impact of the urban side of projects in improving the quality of life by evaluating one of social housing projects and its impact on improving quality of life for residents. The research relies on a theoretical-analytical approach by observing the project, its components, available services, and their adequacy in meeting the needs of the residents, assessed based on urban quality of life dimensions.
