The Impact of Job Crafting on Job Embeddedness and Innovative Behavior: Focusing on Makeup and Nail Shop Workers

K-beauty has established itself as a significant global cultural content in the global market, and makeup and nail job are increasingly gaining influence as professional occupations both domestically and internationally. Consequently, this study aimed to analyze the structural relationships among job crafting, Job Embeddedness, and innovative behavior among makeup and nail shops workers. Through this study, we identified the importance of job crafting, job Embeddedness, and innovative behavior, providing empirical baseline data for developing human resource management and efficient management strategies to enhance job crafting and job Embeddedness and foster innovative behavior. The results confirmed that job crafting among makeup and nail shops workers significantly impacts job Embeddedness and innovative behavior. Furthermore, differences emerged across industry characteristics. For makeup shops, fostering creative judgment and work autonomy was effective, while for nail shops, fostering relationship building and a sense of meaning in their work was effective in enhancing job Embeddedness and innovative behavior.
