THE IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION ON THE DISTRIBUTION OF DRUG DRUGS AND THE FIGHT AGAINST DIGITAL DRUG TRAFFICKING

It examines online drug trafficking using modern automated technologies, encrypted messengers, and cryptocurrencies, which ensure absolute anonymity in drug sales. In this new phase of drug trafficking, law enforcement agencies face challenges related to the cross-border nature of digital drug trafficking, difficulties in identifying participants, and collecting evidence. The paper considers the opinions of other academic authors, judicial practice, and Russian legislation. Conclusions are drawn regarding the need for a comprehensive approach to combating digital drug trafficking, combining legal, technological, and social tools.
