THE HISTORY OF THE RAMM FAMILY'S GORO ESTATE IN ROSTOV-ON-DON

This paper examines the history of the urban estate of the Ramm family in Rostov-on-Don. Currently, only two buildings from the entire complex have a protected status: an object of cultural heritage of regional significance, the F.-R.G. Ramm Apartment Building, and the identified cultural object, an apartment building with an attic, Con. XIX century. (the second house)". The estate under study is an ensemble of seven buildings, the construction of which begins in the middle of the 19th century. However, the connection of the facility with the Ramm family begins only in the last third of the 19th century, when a family of German immigrants engaged in seeds and plants moved to Rostov-on-Don. Currently, the facility is in the historical buildings of the modern city but does not have the status of a complex. All the objects have come down to us in varying degrees of preservation, but the original historical composition, according to historical and archival data, has been preserved and can be attributed to this type of building as a city estate. The purpose of the study is a detailed examination of the architectural and artistic features of the estate of the Ramm family, the introduction into scientific use of new factual data in the history of the ensemble, thereby proving the need for its identification as an urban estate.
