The history of the development of pediatric neurological care in the Smolensk region
E.A. KisliakovaThe article is devoted to the history of the establishment and development of pediatric neurological care in the Smolensk region. It highlights not only the organizational processes involved but also the significant personal contributions of the physicians whose expertise, commitment, and initiative have laid the groundwork for the modern service. Pediatric neurology is a relatively young yet highly complex and crucial medical specialty. To further enhance specialized pediatric neurological care in the region, it is essential to address staffing shortages, actively recruit young professionals, and create a supportive working environment.
