The genome sequence of Triglochin palustris L., 1753 (Alismatales: Juncaginaceae)

Markus Ruhsam, , , , , , , ,
We present a genome assembly of Triglochin palustris (Marsh Arrowgrass; Streptophyta; Magnoliopsida; Alismatales; Juncaginaceae). The genome sequence has a total length of 437.49 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.65%) is scaffolded into 12 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial sequences have lengths of 220.68 and 132.08 kilobases and the plastid genome assembly has a length of 155.83 kilobases. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces reference genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland.
