We present a genome assembly of Erodium maritimum (Sea Stork’s-bill; Streptophyta; Magnoliopsida; Geraniales; Geraniaceae). The genome sequence has a total length of 762.65 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.85%) is scaffolded into 9 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The three mitochondrial sequences have lengths of 209.42, 56.14 and 42.19 kilobases, and the plastid genome assembly has a length of 118.14 kilobases. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces reference genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland.
