Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of lavender oil inhalation on pain intensity, anxiety levels, and sleep quality after Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG). Methods: A single-center, non-drug, randomized controlled trial was conducted with 80 patients who underwent CABG between June 2021 and January 2022. Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to two groups using block randomization. Block randomization was performed using a computer-assisted http://www.random.org. Patients in the experimental group (n=40) received 2% lavender oil inhalation three times a day (morning, noon and evening), during their hospital stay after CABG surgery (days 1-4). The control group (n = 40) continued to receive routine care and treatment without any additional experimental procedures. The blinding to the researchers and patients could not be done due to the feasibility and nature of the study. Data were collected with the "Individual Characteristics Form", "Numerical Rating Scale (NRS)", "State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI)", and "Richard-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire (RCSQ)". Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics for Windows V22.0, Chicago, USA dependent samples t-test, Chi-square test, and Mann–Whitney U test were used where appropriate, with p
