The effect of acute heat injury on the morphological features of the cardio-pulmonary system

T.V. Pavlova, L.A. Pavlova

Acute heat injury is one of the main triggers among exogenous factors affecting human vital functions and survival, especially in a changing climate. Despite this, the processes occurring in the human body during acute overheating remain insufficiently studied. The effects of heat exposure on the heart and lungs have been studied in experimental animals.
