The Dialectics of Traditional and Innovative Management Decision-Making Styles in Modern Business

The article reveals the styles of managerial decision-making in Russian companies in the context of digital transformation and current challenges. In order to substantiate the need to ensure the dialectical unity of traditional and innovative styles of managerial decision-making in modern business, a comparative analysis of these styles has been conducted. The article identifies their features, advantages, and disadvantages, as well as the contradictions that arise when they coexist within the same commercial organization. Based on the conducted research, the article identifies the conditions for successful integration of traditional and innovative approaches, taking into account external and internal factors, the degree of their significance for solving specific commercial tasks, and the likelihood of a positive impact on the decision-making process and outcome. Recommendations have been formulated for the development of hybrid management models that combine the stability of classical methods with the adaptability of innovative practices. They are aimed at improving the efficiency of management decision-making and ensuring sustainable business development in a dynamically changing environment.
