The Crisis in the Implementation of Innovations in the Field of School Education
Asya ValchevaThis article examines the crisis in the implementation of innovations in school education through the eyes of teachers. To this end, the results of the ethnological field research conducted are presented, which aims to reveal the challenges teachers face that deter the implementation of innovations in school education. Two research methods were applied: an online survey-questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. The object of study, besides the teachers’ occupational profile and competencies, is also in-service training, which some of the respondents claim to be formal in nature.
