THE CRIMINAL SITUATION IN THE SPHERE OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF BUDGET FUNDS ALLOCATED FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF LIVING CONDITIONS OF CITIZENS

Introduction. The article analyzes the public danger of criminal encroachments on budgetary funds allocated to improve the living conditions of citizens. The circumstances allowing the commission of these crimes are being considered. Based on the results obtained and taking into account the research previously conducted by the author, conclusions and proposals are formulated to increase the effectiveness of the suppression of criminal encroachments on budgetary funds allocated to improve the living conditions of citizens. Methods. Methods of systematization and analysis, statistical research, content analysis of empirical materials are used. The logical method is used to formulate conclusions. Results. Government programs are systematized by the type of financial mechanisms for improving the living conditions of citizens; the public danger of the crimes under consideration is characterized, the most common types of crimes and ways of their commission are identified. Discussion and conclusion. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop a set of preventive measures. The directions of improvement of operational and service activities are proposed.
