THE CONCEPT OF STATE MIGRATION POLICY OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION FOR 2026-2030 : MAIN IDEAS AND PRIORITIES, PRACTICE STEPS FOR IMPLEMENTATION
Aleksey GrishkovetsThe article analyzes the Concept of state migration policy of Russian Federation for 2026–2030. Attention is being paid that the current priority goal of migration policy is creation of migration situation which contributes to solving problems in the field of state security but for solving of economic problems this policy is auxiliary means. The mention of «migration security» in the Concept is critically assessed. It is concluded that the allocation of migration security is unfounded. In the near term the main focus will be on tightening of migration control. There is a tendency towards increased administrative liability for violations in the field of migration.
