The chromosomal genome sequence of an acoel, Convolutriloba macropyga Shannon & Achatz, 2007 (Acoela: Convolutidae)

We present a genome assembly from a specimen of Convolutriloba macropyga (acoel; Xenacoelomorpha; Acoela; Convolutidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 1 175.98 megabases. Most of the assembly (88.04%) is scaffolded into 15 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 15.47 kilobases.
