The study analyzes the role of technology and stakeholders in economic growth, constructing a research framework to understand theoretical perspectives and identify gaps in the literature. A quantitative survey investigates challenges and opportunities in digital transformation, using positivism, a deductive approach, and an explanatory design. Random sampling minimizes biases, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of technology adaptation in Malaysia’s healthcare sector.
