The “Acromioclavicular‐Distal Clavicle 3‐Dimensional All‐Suture Stabilization Technique” uses unicortical self‐punching all‐suture anchors, which reduce nerve damage risks. This technique emphasizes three core objectives by making the surgical process safe and efficient.
