Tetrahydroxydiboron-mediated metal-free synthesis of 2 H -indazoles via reductive heterocyclization
Zhen-Jiang Qiu, Ruo-Ling Jia, Xian-Hui Huang, Guo-Yi Yan, Xiang Li, Lulu Wang, Wu-Bin Zhi, Mingyuan WuA concise, efficient, green and metal-free reductive heterocyclization was established to construct 2 H -indazoles. This method afforded pharmacophoric fragment Compound 4d, and molecular docking suggested it is a potential hERG inhibitor.
