Ternary ZnO : CeO 2 /NiO heterostructure as a high-performance platform for ultraviolet photodetection

The ZnO/NiO heterostructure was fabricated on conductive FTO. The ZnO nanosheets decorated with CeO 2 nanoparticles form the photoactive layer and are expected to enhance the photocatalytic and electrochemical performance.
