Technology of drill singing training as a formative component of readiness for pedagogical activity of military musicians
Konstantin PetrachkovA stage-by-stage technology of forming the skills of performing drill songs is presented, developed taking into account organizational conditions, the specifics of teaching drill singing, and the characteristics of the service-professional environment. The technology is universally applicable both for servicemen of individual units and for adolescent students and cadets. It is substantiated that these service-professional tasks form the orientation and readiness for prospective pedagogical activity in servicemen of military musical collectives. The purpose of the study is to substantiate unified principles and approaches to teaching drill singing in the troops, as well as in the system of educational organizations of various types and special orientations. Research methods and organization. The following methods were applied: theoretical – analysis, collection, synthesis, systematization, structuring, and comparison of the obtained information; methods of comparative analysis – forecasting, analysis of the quality and aesthetics of performance; empirical – observation, visual and acoustic comparison, analysis of organizational conditions and the educational environment of training, and regulatory service documentation; as well as a sociocultural approach, functionally conditioned due to the public and ceremonial-solemn orientation of the application of this technology. Research results and conclusions. The issues of applying the proposed technology in the organizational, educational-environmental, and content-target aspects of educational-cognitive and service-daily activity are considered. The effectiveness of the stage-by-stage algorithm for implementing the training technology among servicemen of the Ural District of the Rosgvardiya and students of the Yekaterinburg Cadet Corps of the National Guard Troops is substantiated. The expediency of application and the universality of the implemented technology for forming the skills of performing drill songs both among active servicemen and among students from among pre-conscription youth are noted. It is proven that the necessity of learning drill songs (along with the training of company signal-drummers) is a formative component of professional readiness for pedagogical activity and the orientation of the personnel of military musical collectives.
