As an addon for Blender 3D, a package has been developed for dynamic modeling of gamma radiation fields and preliminary assessment of personnel dose loads when performing work at radiation-hazardous facilities. The package uses the functionality of the Blender 3D program, including shader and geometric node editors, as well as scripts written in Python. The photoelectric effect, Compton scattering, and emission properties of materials are modeled using visual programming. Special attention is paid to VDF shaders for scattering and absorbing radiation in the volume of objects (shields and structural materials).
