This essay intends to fill gaps and contends the best way to respond to the challenges of technology and globalization is to realize that teaching specific job skills are important in the short-run, higher educationmust focus on the bigger picture of developing career flexibility such as leadership skills, a good work ethic, and proper learning. We must consider wider impacts of technology to stay relevant.
