Teaching Accounting Information Systems: A Synthesis.

Abstract

The course called "Accounting Information Systems" is so new that methods of teaching it vary substantially from school to school. Accordingly, this author made an attempt to review relevant accounting literature and to conduct a questionnaire survey to evaluate the state of the art of teaching this course. A generalized teaching model is proposed as a result of the authors attempt.
