Summary

Oral ovalbumin administration prevents epicutaneously‐induced egg allergy by suppressing Tfh and B cells and IgE.

This prophylactic oral ovalbumin abolishes antigen‐specific IL‐4 and IL‐13 production in skin‐draining lymph nodes.
