SYNTHESIS OF UREAS COMBINING ADAMANTANE AND MONOTERPENOID FRAGMENTS AND STUDY OF THEIR ACTIVITY AGAINST THE SARS-COV-2 VIRUSES

All compounds were tested in vitro using a pseudoviral system containing the S glycoprotein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and infectious SARS-CoV-2 viruses of various strains on its surface. Compound 4a demonstrated high activity against four strains of SARS-CoV-2.
