Sustainable development and supporting logistics
Tihomir RadovanovićAccording to both science and major world religions, the overall evolution of humanity is divided into the past era of unsustainable (destructive) development and the future era of sustainable (constructive) development. Unsustainable global development is characterized by human negligence toward the Earth's nature and international conflicts of an exploitative nature. Conversely, for the survival of the world, its future sustainable development depends on the permanent preservation of nature and the protection of humanity within it. The current global moment fundamentally boils down to the necessary abandonment of unsustainable practices and the initiated establishment of a lifesaving sustainable global development, which is severely disrupted by ongoing hegemonic wars and the unproductive functioning of the outdated United Nations. In this regard, it is vital for humanity to comprehend its lifesaving sustainable development. For such a tectonic shift to occur, it is highly significant to adequately motivate citizens worldwide, which will be achieved most effectively by establishing local movements for sustainable development in all countries. Precisely for this reason, the subject of this scientific paper is the study of sustainable development and the logistical needs for establishing local citizen movements for that development, whose activities directly and positively influence people to accept and implement this development in their local environments. Accordingly, for the purposes of this paper, an appropriate research project was designed and subsequently implemented. Its results are further presented in this work, contributing to the acceleration of humanity's efficient preparation for the implementation of global sustainable development.
