Successful Repositioning of a Tunneled Cuffed Catheter Misplaced Into the Ascending Lumbar Vein

A tunneled cuffed catheter was misplaced into the ascending lumbar vein. Fortunately, the catheter tip was withdrawn and successfully repositioned into the inferior vena cava under fluoroscopy.
