Study of thermodynamic, mechanical, photo-catalytic, optoelectronic and thermoelectric properties of ferromagnetic CoSc ₂ (S/Se) ₄ spinels for energ

The physical properties of the CoSc ₂ (S/Se) ₄ spinels are systematically examined. The results indicate that both spinels are dynamically stable, and spin-dependent electronic properties representing a ferromagnetic semiconductor nature.
