Structure–activity relationship of d–p orbital hybridization and the bifunctional electrocatalytic mechanism in NiFeBi-LDH
Ming-Dan Yao, Qi Liu, Zhe Feng, Ji Cai-Rang, Zi-Long Yang, Yu-long XieHydrothermally prepared flower-like NiFeBi-LDH achieves 259 mV OER and 232 mV HER overpotentials at 100 mA cm −2 for alkaline water splitting. Bi/Ni/Fe coupling induces d–p hybridization to optimize active sites and intermediate adsorption.
