This study aims to examine the stresses and deformations that occur in cast components with different section thicknesses (10 mm, 20 mm, and 30 mm). At the same time, they rapidly solidify, with the mechanical behavior examined at three displacement points (ingate, junction, and end) of a hardness specimen. Therefore, the maximum stress is not found at the most extreme displacement but at the zone where the two regions meet. Furthermore, the computational findings indicate that the component's stress levels increase as its thickness decreases from 30 mm to 10 mm. By observing morphological characteristics and mechanical properties, such as hardness and stress, in simulations, it becomes apparent that the simulation and experimental findings align closely.
