Fuguang Wang, Yinyin WanAbstract
Objective
Modern people face pervasive psychological pressure that impairs mental health and induces unstable mental states, while color psychology and cultural visual symbols can effectively regulate emotions. This study explores the stress relief mechanism of Silk Road mural visual genes driven by color psychology, and its intelligent interactive design translation path, aiming to provide a cultural and psychological approach for alleviating psychological pressure, optimizing mental state and protecting mental health.
Subjects and Methods
Taking 110 subjects with different psychological pressure levels as research objects, this study extracts color and visual genes of Silk Road murals, combines psychological scales to measure subjects’ psychological pressure and mental health status, and uses eye movement experiments and correlation analysis to explore the coupling relationship between mural visual stimulation, color psychological perception and stress relief effects.
Results
Silk Road mural visual genes under color psychological empowerment significantly reduce subjects’ psychological pressure, improve emotional regulation ability and stabilize mental state; the matching of mural color hue, brightness and visual patterns with psychological demand effectively optimizes mental health levels, with positive visual perception suppressing negative emotional states.
Conclusions
Color psychological empowerment endows Silk Road mural visual genes with significant psychological pressure relief effects, which act on mental state regulation and mental health improvement by stimulating sensory and emotional perception. The intelligent interactive design translation of these visual genes can realize the sustainable exertion of their psychological empowerment value, providing a novel cultural psychological intervention method for modern stress management.
